Description

This filter has four spheres/circles that you can move around and manipulate to warp an image. Two of the spheres warp the image in a horizontal fashion while the other two warp things vertically. You can also rotate the image. Here the filter uses uberzev's "Any Angle Rotate" snippet. (Thanks to uberzev, byRo and anyone else here.)Parameter Notes:The “Strength” parameters are neutral at 50, where 0 is warps the image strongest in one direction, while 100 warps the image strongest in the opposite direction. The “Offset” parameters are in the middle at 50.The “Size” parameters cause the sphere’s diameters to grow largest at 0 and smallest at 100.The “Size, pixels” parameter works “best” when at the maximum amount. I’ve found that subtlety (low “strengths”) work best on my images, but you can also go extreme. The presets were made for the life-preserver image, and probably won’t be good for other images.
