This effect filter buries your image under the sands. Usable for buried artifacts, ancient reliefs, fossils and other underground revelations. True visual archaeology!

Tips:
- The relief 'height' is generated from either the hue, saturation or brightness channel of the source image. The white areas of each channel are excavated first. The Brightness Channel will yield the best results usually.
- Use 'Relief Smoothness' to control the height detail generated from the source image.
- Set 'Flatten Relief' to a value of 100 if you don't want the filter to apply any relief height to the excavated parts of your source image.
- If you want finer grain and more dune detail, tune down the Size slider.
