Description

This is a surface filter that creates bark textures.

Controls:

This filter includes controls for the bark texture's shadows, midtones, and highlights. Keep in mind, the Lighting effects also impact the color...particularly in the highlights.

The "Scale Bark" slider controls the size of the bark clusters.

The" Vertical Stretch" slider controls the amount of vertical stretch applied to the bark.

For creating your own barks, I recommend paying attention to the "Surface Height" setting in the lighting effect tab.

Twenty presets are included.
