Description

Dirty Halo is a *very fast rendering* picture altering filter. From art to art, or from picture to weird picture, the effects can be as subtle or as extreme as you want. This filter is very similar to my Post Modern Posterize filter, but it was made to be capable of creating much subtler and less obvious effects. There are 20 presets to get you started, and the controls are top-to-bottom, in the order that they affect your picture.
