This texture was generated in Filter Forge, a Photoshop plugin that allows you to create your own filters.
This is the square version of my "Rose Window" filter. The controls are largely the same, though this time I've made the frame optional, in case you want to tile the pattern, and there are some new things, too.
Controls of Note:
Solid Colour: This will apply a blend of the two colours you enter to the panes, without texture. This is good for making jewel or shaped chrome effects with a high bevel width and low leading width.
3-D All/Bevel Only: I hope that most of the controls are pretty intuitive, but I though this one might be a bit confusing. This check box allows you to decide if you want textured (i.e., 3-D) glass panes with beveled edges or if you want flat panes with beveled edges. It sometimes looks more like inlaid stone than stained glass if you choose "bevel only," but it's still pretty cool.
Invert Height Map: This has been removed. Sorry! :-(
Have fun!
