Description

This is a simple filter that makes an image appear to be seen through dirty or water spotted glass.The "Spot Size" slider controls the size of the water spots.The "Reduce Visibilty" slider reduces image detail.The "Add film" sider gives the glass a greasy look.The "Variation" slider can be used to adjust the water spot pattern.Check "Add Droplets" to add small spots to the effect.
