Description

step tile–this filter takes your photo and tiles it mathmatically in a step tile
1-2-4-8-16-32 etc by selecting the number on the slider you are actually selecting the math if you selected 3 for instance you would end up with a combo of
1-2-4 instead of 1-2-3
it allows you to do this in all 4 directions
this adds a 90% offset to the blend and a threshold control to adjust the bland placement
