Another lumpy sphere! This one has the surface displaced by a texture or the image, to give a more realistic effect than just bump mapping.
The edges of the sphere are cut into, to enhance the 3D effect.
This filter is very randomizer-frie
Surface Type
1: flat colour (surface colour 1)
2: checkerboard
3: smooth perlin noise
4: source image
Bump Type
1: squares
2: ripples
3: source image
4: bricks
5: stones
Distortion
The amount the surface is 'sphere-ised'. Values 20-40 give a sphere effect. Values > 40 produce interesting concentric patterns.
Edge Cut
Trims the edge from the outside in, following the shape of the bump map.
Bump Stretch
Stretches the ripples and stones bump maps horizontally to create bands across the sphere.
If you don't see anything at all, try lowering the Edge Cut or Bump Height.
Many thanks to uberzev for his Sphere snippet, used in this filter.
