Description

A mostly shiny frame intended to possess a sleek look.
Additional options also come in the form of being able to select choices in Margin and Content. BG = background, img = Image,
clr = transparent, N = Noise for a sand or wall effect.
Decreasing the margin and choosing bg for the margin gives a more substantial frame look.
Tried to limit the controls, hehe a bit, yet still renders pretty quick.
