This effect was generated in Filter Forge, a Photoshop plugin that allows you to create your own filters.
Had a little fun with this one. All is not as it appears. The outer edge of the frame picks up on the colours/image of the picture/image you are framing.
Please note the Presets outter frame will change depending on the image you use.
There are a few options.
Image colours on = the frame uses the colours from the original image, this can also be used with the Kal options if the Kaleidoscope is ticked for on use.
Image colours off = This switches over to the colour chooser function and makes for a heavy textured outter frame. Still uses the base image to create the basic pattern.
KAL stands for Kaleidoscope, when this function is ticked on all KAL options are usable.
Have included image offsets so you can move the image inside the frame to 'frame it' properly.
