Inspired by email discussions with a photographer/artist from the state of Washington, Chis Anderson, about Michael Orton's "Sandwich" technique. "Misty" in the name is Chris.The radius of the blur and sharpen is dependent on image size. The 4 here corresponds with a 600 pixel sample image. Adjust accordingly. This applies to the image size option below as well.
