Description
This filter shows how to blur the background following a gradient. This is the same filter posted in the "How to Blur the background"....ThreadThanks to JLChameleon for the thread and idea..To use this filter open an image in your favorite graphics editor and select what you don't want to blur...Then the filter blurs everything that is not in the selection region...You can choose to flip the gradient or have the effect blur accross the horizonal or vertical planes. Thanks to ThreeDee for the great Proportional Gradient snippet..
