Description

This is a surface filter which applies a glitter effect to an image.

The effect is limited to the high contrast areas when the "Spread Glitter" slider is in the 0% position. As this slider is moved to the right, the effect will thin and spread into lower contrast areas of the image.

The glitter color is applied using the Color Burn blend mode at 60% opacity. Due to using the Color Burn blend mode, the glitter color will be varied throughout the image and won't necessarily be the exact shade you select for glitter color.

To get the glitter effect, this filter's default is anti-aliasing Off / Edges Only. Use the "Surface Height" slider in the Lighting effects tab to adjust how much the glitter sparkles.
