This is a simple filter that gives an image an apocalyptic look...spots, chaos, dirty, grunge.Variation slider varies the effect...spots and image distortion overlay.Color Overlay influences the images coloration.Use Gamma to control the lightness and darkness of the image.The "Variation" slider can be used to adjust the water spot pattern.
