Description
Color patterns for wrapping paper and old book plates were made by floating oil paint on water and stirring the color around. A feather or comb tool was used to streak the pattern. Then paper was dipped into the liquid to transfer the pattern. This filter tries to duplicate the effect. At extremes a coarse grainy effect is produced.
