Due to international copyright laws I am not allowed to make any references to Pacman, nor imply this filter is related to Pacman in anyway whatsoever. In fact the words Pacman, Ms. Pacman, Blinky, Pinky, Inky, and Clyde will not be used at all in the explanation of this filter. I will absolutely not say how you can create a seamless image that displays either Pacman, or Ms. Pacman with this filter, nor will I say that you have control over what color the four different ghosts are or that you can control the size, frequency and rotation of Pacman, Ms. Pacman, and the ghosts. I will also not tell you how you can even change the filter so that it converts Pacman, Ms. Pacman, and the ghosts into pixels for an even more retro feel. Or how you can change the ghosts to appear scared as they do when Pacman eats a power pellet. If any lawsuit are to be filed, I would point any lawyers towards uberzev and their filter Circular Angle Gradient v4.5 which was used in this filter.

If you are going for the special theft resistant box, simply change the "Dirt Amount" slider to add dirt patches to your cardboard, thus fooling any would be criminal from thinking that your package could possibly be of any worth. Cover your images with slime, goo, ooze, or whatever else you would like to call a gelatinous mucous membrane. -----Controls Explanation----- Invert Surface: Simply changes whether you will cover dark/light or selected/unselected parts of you image with goo. Use Selection: Lets you choose whether or not you will use the selection option to decide exactly where you want you goo instead of using the dark and light areas to dictate goo distribution. Goo Detail: Increases how finely the goo fits to the contours of your image. Goo Consistency: The higher the value the less holes will form in the goo. -----For Fine Detail Coverage----- For fine goo coverage without selection, such as text or outlines increase Goo Detail and decrease Goo Thickness. -----Special Acknowledgment----- I would like to give special acknowledgment and thanks to Sjeiti and their filter Splatter which I used to help with the filter.

Select a portion of a picture and rip it out as if it were on paper. It can be used in a variety of ways such as scrap booking, cut out animation, illustration, and a variety of other ways. Useful Control Tips: Invert Selection: Simply changes what part of the image will remain after it is ripped. Uniform Ripping: Has the buffer between the rip and the image scale uniformly or otherwise. Edge Amount: Controls the amount of colored buffer area between the tear and the image. Rip Distortion: Increases the roughness and distortion of the tear's edge. Paper Tint:Controls the color of the buffer area between the tear and the image. Image Opacity: Blends the color of the image with the Paper Tint.
