Quite nice and simple 
I tried to guess the construction of this one before opening it.. my guess were Image -> Motion Blur -> Noise Distortion, but that was not the case. Then in the description I read that you were not satisfied with the filter controls - you could try out the above setup, it produces nearly the same effect, but is easier to control. I hooked up the angle slider to the noise distortion angle also, and the wavyness slider to the distortion parameter (with low remapping), worked quite well. |
