Thanks for posting this excellent filter.
I recently used it on a fractal image to simulate a mucous coating in a trachea. 
Of all the filters I tried this one came the closest to the effect I was striving for. persevere.. |

Wow just looked inside to see how you did this one Vladimir, and great effect for the amount of components inside! I would plaster a bowing smiley about here but cant find one  I am me, and nobody else ;)
