Thanks, Carl -- it means a lot. Smile
I've been lazy on my "comments on filters" that I like, but your stuff seems to always be at the top of my "fun filters to play with" category. (Ever since "Embedded" I've been sold, and I see today you've submitted even more fun... -- awesome/excellent stuff!!!)

It can be very time consuming [ especialy if you type with one finger LOL ] typing comments, I notice you are selective in a much more valued way by helping people with there technical problem as you helped me and you do this quietly & patiently and with the lease fanfare of anyone at ff Cool Smile
Your effects filters have suttle beauty, and your Chrome Chromatics [ mabe not so suttle LOL ] is one of my very favorite filters Smile

Thankyou for your kind words Smile

Thanks, guys. Smile

Hey StevieJ,
I recently made a "StevieJ Meta" filter which combined a lot of your metal, glaze, and solar ideas. It's kind of fun -- but it is harder to find the "right look" or "good" combinations. There's a ton of controllers and I didn't use re-mapping on most of them -- yet ...it still needs tuning.
I have no plans to submit it to the library -- it's just for my own entertainment. But it has been fun. Smile

It did seem kind of fun, so maybe I'll post that StevieJ Meta Filter in the User Gallery sometime. (I want to do some more work on it, but don't have time at the moment...)

Thanks, Anomaly. (Awesome name, by the way.) It's nice to see if/when others find something I made useful. Smile

An addendum thought I've had on this filter:
It's sometimes useful in Photoshop to apply a Noise->remove noise filter on the image before using this filter. (But, still, I always end up rendering "just the lines" separately, so I can touch them up with white or black paint.)
