those are pretty cool, ahimsa. had i seen any of those on a web page, i wouldnt have even thought they were done in FF. i like the transparency in some of those as well. adds a nice aspect for playing. and variation #3 has some nice depth going there. Ya can't sell art to artists!

Kaleidescope can do a lot of interesting things. I like that there are a lot of flowers to be found in there.
The transparency is because these are sheets of tubes. These are used in PS and PSP to decorate webpages, tags, scrapbooking pages, etc. Each little piece can be used seperately or mix them with pieces from other designs. I will make something later today to show you what these are. I can tell by your response that you may not have seen tubes before.  |

Oh. I just figured when you were talking about the transparency you didn't understand why I left areas transparent.
Give me a break, I haven't slept yet. Stupid phone!
Seems that after that person walked into my home back in July a lot more has been happening in this neighborhood. Just found out this morning, just don't know exactly what has been happening. They have an idea who is doing all the stuff, so maybe that person will get locked up soon and none of us will have to worry. |

ah, ok.
well, somewhere, i have a rather large collection of tubes. it's probably on one of the drives i removed from the system. never used them a lot, but always collected them
and my comment on the transparent areas was because i like it. i could see some nice possibilities. so, just commenting. Ya can't sell art to artists!

Ok.
I have tubes somewhere too, but I stopped making tags and collecting tubes about a year ago. Just lost interest. I used to go to tube wars. |

I was in tube and tagging groups for quite a few years. I had to collect all the tubes made by my friends, collect tubes for my son, daughter-in-law, husband, and friends. I went to a lot of tube wars too. I have tubes for each type of catagory you can think of, except for the porn ones that some of the sleazier types would send. It all adds up.
I sorted 7 DVDs worth of tubes before I finally had enough. As for fonts...I have over 50,000 different fonts and most are sorted. I didn't sort them though, they were given to me as a present all nicely sorted.
The break in was scarey for me and is what led to me having that mild stroke in July. |
