Outer framing for the filter has Eye Candy and Flaming Pear effects. ((The two frames,,, the blue is Aetherize by Flaming Pear... the black is simply a doubled shadow by EyeCandy)). The image itself is strickly the Photo Edge Mask Filter.  "Strength does not come from winning.Your struggles develop your strength.
