WOW!!!! I was blown away when I looked at the 20 presets! Thank you so much for including 20!!! Whoo HOOO!! 20 beautiful presets!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now I kept going back to the first preset and the filter looked vaguely familar... couldn't put my finger on it... was bugging me and I was going to ask you... then I looked at the description and saw that you had been inspired by StevieJ's filter...  I'm a big fan of Steve's... I even call everybody Steve,,  I have all his filters memorized because I use them so much.

yup, ripped off steve, big time i re-worked things quite a bit to try to isolate one effect i'd seen in that filter i modded. his filter is much more versatile; i was just after that one effect, primarily.
you do have to be a bit careful with 'size'. you can lose the effect quite easily. no way i could compensate for that. i think there was another way to lose the effect also, but dont recall what it was now. and thanks, carl

Well I'm in luv with both your filters and Steve's... I oh and ah everytime either of you make something.
NO ... you gave him credit. I have no problem with anyone using mine and giving credit either. It's when they don't that I ... have a teensy weensy problem... LOL

Just checked Steve's and I like it and I can see that you did more than just a tiny modification on yours and the results are fantastic. Steve's is too. |

The one of mine that this came from got changed to something completely different.....so this one, Craig's "Silver Surfer" is one of a kind.....and much better than mine used to be..... Craig, that will be $10.00 for the promo LOL..... Steve

yup. though, i think there's a better version somewhere. maybe only on my own harddrive.
i might have to look at some more of your filters and do a bit of ripping. surfer certainly did well by doing that Ya can't sell art to artists!

The funny thing is that I totally changed the filter that this one came from (HeavyMetalChrome) because I thought users didn't like it.....and you had saved the original version of it to create this one..... You certainly proved me to be wrong about it..... LOL.... Steve
