Looks like with the multiple-up modes, you could composite these to create animated flames! I know I've seen a classic animated fire texture in Second Life which is similarly presented, so replacing one of those textures with this could yield great results.

FYI: I used this to create a 4x4 texture for use in SL as an anaimation. Worked great.

If you Adjust Pixel Size you can control the # of cells, I recommend that you get the right # of cells, check tile box, un-check tile, then reduce # of pixels 1-3 to avoid alpha artifact at botom. Sliders to adjust offset would help here. Wink

Also there is a scary feature of this software. I downloaded this filter, added presets and the program automatically without notice sent them back to the website Eek that was just spooky. Devil Grin
