Zoltan -- fantastic work! My only recommendation is to make it brighter: |

Also, replacing the black areas with transparency would be nice. | |||

| Lucato | Hey Zoltan, amazing job! Congratulations. Just a comment. I'm not sure if It is my monitor or are my eyes, but seems a little blur the final image. I'm not sure if applying a sharpen would get a little better. Anyway, It's a stunning work! | |||

I'm glad you like it. Vladimir: good points! The new version is on its way. Now you can play with ambience color to make everything darker/brighter. Added transparency and a related thickness param. Lucato: Hmm... I didn't notice any blur... can anyone second this? |

The simplest way to inrease the Brightness on the Lighting tab -- that's what I did for my example above. However, the right way is to fix the diffuse map, i.e. the branch is connected into the Surface Color input. |

Just approved the update -- excellent work, but I still think it needs to be a bit brighter:

Thanks Vladimir! Hmm... how would you define the proper brightness? I tried to avoid clipping at the high end of the histogram. |
