You can archieve this effect in plain photoshop too. Just create "Brighnes/contast adjustment layer" and map it to "luminosity". Other way is to fade (Edit -> Fade) just made Brighness/contrast setting and use "luminosity".
Still good filter this one. Simple but efective |
