 this very, very cool! i liked your circuit board already, and with this you really captured the LCD look quite well. and the interface between the two here is very clean and crisp. well done, and thank you!

 it would be nice if you could add a slider to the brightness/contrast control you use when making the screen. the one plugged into the 3 color gradient. messing with that changes the vignette around the screen and makes some nice variations.

i love the way you pulled that screen of by the way, very clever

 Thanks for your feedback.. smile:) I'll try out your suggestion - I also need to fix a problem with non square images - I'll check in an update later..

That circuitry board need some microchips.. been fiddling with that .. not easy smile:?:

 ah, the non-square image issue. unfortunately with the way you use gradients that will not be easy to solve.

for microchips maybe use a 'tile' set on 'solid fill', with no margins or bevel, then map a noise, maybe a stretched perlin, to the 'tiles' part. send this to a 'threshold' and you have your basic shapes. from there it's just a matter of being creative and making them look pretty smile:)
