Quite lovely.

I do have one request though: could you add a bit of (optional) noise distortion so that it wouldn't be so "perfect"? (I know I could do that myself, but I'd rather have it count on your usage stats when I start my basket weaving practice.)

I can make different width and bend for each limb and different space between them, but cannot imagine overall distortion (even small) as something what will make this weave better. Maybe I'm wrong... could You post any example here?


For "Complete Distortionists" and "Kaleidoscopic Maniacs" can add this: smile:D

ah, constantin, you shld maybe consider doing those last ones up as a carved wood filter. quite nice!

This is probably the best looking weave I've seen. I personally think variation 4 should be the default.

Ooh... I like variant 2.2! wierd but familiar.

You know, it might look cool if there were more than one color to the weave, to make the weavy-ness more clear.

It looks like some kind of nest for a bird that went off its meds...
