Is really amazing the great and realistic metallic 3D textures you have been able to get with this, Love how it makes such organical holes and shapes.
If it wasn´t that I know what you can make, I would not believe this is done in FF and think that this is from a 3D software!! I have colorized this one on Photoshop with Darken blend mode and rainbow gradient |

And I have copied the first example and made a composition in Photoshop and added more contrast, a black background with a golden texture |

While the copper color looks very good, perhaps the ants could like more the Chrome as is more Cybertech |

Do a stack of it and add incremental blur to simulate DOF. |

Would be good to know how you have been able to make such a complex, weird and amazing 3D metal texture using just FF, as it really looks like it has been in a 3D software instead of a 2D one.
I do not know what components have you used to get this awesome effect. |

It's so complex you might not be able to understand... Cyber Ant Colonies.ffxml |

LOL great texture but way too complicated, you should be able to get rid of at least 3 components |

Thanks very much for uploading the filter, BUT as Carl have said and I agree, that this filter is way too much complicated and is a great web of components and links that I do not understand as you have very well said After seeing the filter how is done, I can´t imagine and believe how you have done it (and this is no joke). Excellent effect. |

Again I want to thank very much for this as after having seeing more, I love it very much, and love the great effect it makes and much better when seen in high resolution.

I am still amazed on how THIS works and how from the "complex" |

I am adding many usable controls to this filter to have even more possible results and greater and wider choice, BUT I have found some problems with the numbers that are allowed from the sliders (so you do not get unwanted results) and with the remapping that needs to be done correctly, and so it needs more work to be usable in the right way

Sorry that I have not added the new updated version but is more complex and unprecticable as I thought, as the original is really simple but when making it more complex it is like out of control Will define the limits with remapping controls and then it will work better some examples of what you can get with this update |
