that's pretty damn good, dilla. i love the scratches and rounded, damaged edges. very convincing! not real crazy about the color choices, though. too much yellow and a bit too much green, though the green does work some with giving it an algaed sort of look to it. it's also missing a bit of grit. attached is what i think of when i think of brick wall:

If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!

Its an early alpha so to speak, which evolved from the cubik's bricks.. lots of work to do on it...

but I would suggest taking out the reflectivity and going towards Craig's sample with the brick and cement textures..... smile:devil:

Craig, that's a perfect sample......especially for the cement.....which would also be perfect for use in the "Rocky" filters.....and alot of other things..... smile:devil:

yeah, good brick. i think dilla's just needs a bit more grit and a slight color change.

Yup, specularity is definitely too high, but I like it extra shiny when working on surface filters, so... smile;)

I wonder why the last post of Crapadilla on this thread was on 2008 and then after nothing more interesting and useful things has been added, and I know he is still here as shown from the above post of 2012 and others that are in the forum.
