I just upgraded to version 3. Can I import filters from the older version?
Thanks.

This method has worked fine for me in the past but from what i remember last time i tried this i was offline then first needed to connect to the internet before the filters listed correctly.

That is not a problem for me at the moment with this computer as i have been using the built in updater tool and have not needed to transfer any filters just yet. I was thinking about using my 8GB USB storage to transfer the filters and install FF3 on a laptop without a web connection however which might cause some problems.

Is there a way to do it without a web connection also or would that not work?

James, you need to transfer
%APPDATA%\Filter Forge 3\System\ and
%APPDATA%\Filter Forge 3\My Filters
to another computer. This doesn't require an internet connection.
