I purchased FF over 12 hours ago very excited to get started.
It won;t load any filters. I have watched a dozen videos, read everything I can find. Tried a few work around. No answer from customer support. VERY disappointed.Anyone have any idea of what I can try? Is customer support always like this? |

Customer support can be sluggish.
Also, they don't work weekends, so you might get a response only on monday. |

I'm on Windows 7. When I click to download a filter it opens filter forge and window pop up says it is connecting to server and hangs or completely shuts down.
I tried setting options to using built in library, won't connect to Internet, even when I am connected. Any help greatly appreciated. I turned off all security. a |
