When you select to install Filter Forge under Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X2 or X3, Filter Forge does not appear in the Plugins menu in PSP. After the installation is finished you need to do the following:
start Corel PaintShop Photo Pro, go to File > Preferences > File Locations, select PlugIns, click Add and point to one of the following plugin folders:

• C:\Program Files\Corel\Corel PaintShop Photo Pro\X2\PSPClassic\Plug-ins
(for a 32-bit Windows)
-or-
• C:\Program Files (x86)\Corel\Corel PaintShop Photo Pro\X2\PSPClassic\Plug-ins
(for a 64-bit Windows)

After that Filter Forge should appear in Effects > Plugins > Filter Forge.
Thanks to all users who helped to point this out!

Although is useful to have this in the forum, as can be searched and found, but I think that would be ALSO useful to put this information in the wiki and/or help pages of FF and not only here, because if you need something like this, you would probably go first to the user guide, help pages or wiki to find the information there and if not found you would search it in the forums.
