Offset in Bomber, why must it affect Tint, Opacity, etc...

See attachment. As offset increases you begin to lose control of the tint values. (Try alternating between 25 & 26)

My request is to add an option to force Bomber to apply Tint/Opacity/Rotation/ values prior to any offset that may change the value sampling location.

This option would make a number of my filters more efficient. smile8)
(For example I'd only need 1 bomber instance instead of 4)
