Posts: 274	If you want a quick reply, the best way is to write via the contact form at http://www.filterforge.com/contact/ Your message will get to the support team and we'll generally reply within 24 hours (if it's not a weekend). The forum is big and sometimes we don't have time to read all the posts. But the support team always reads all mail. Someone will surely reply PMing moderators is generally a bad idea. Direct messages to moderators will be probably ignored unless moderators specifically ask you to PM them.
