Updating FF causes filter downloads to break.

I updated today on, Monday, March 16. My exact steps were:
Surfed to FF website. Tried to "Open this filter in Filter Forge" Explosion by Sphinxmorpher. FF auto-launched. FF informed me that it could not download any filters unless I upgrade. I clicked okay. FF crashed. Asked me to submit a bug report. I did so. Manually re-launched FF. It told me to download the update again. I clicked okay. This time, I was able to actually install the update. I went back to the web browser and tried to download the filter again. Now any time I try to download a filter, it pops me up a window saying:
