Not perfect but getting there
the technique I'm using is kind of similar to Crapadilla's "Pixel Scape " haven't touched this for a while so it has a lot of strange stuff in it Not sure why I had the images fed into a tile node. If I could only get this to work with a single offset node... |

uhm, that's not really parallax. it's a good horizen, vanishing point perspective, but there's no parallax there. still, nicely done If wishes were horses... there'd be a whole lot of horse crap to clean up!
