Hi everybody,

one point I find very annoying and time consuming is the following:

When downloading a new filter from the library I get the message
"Downloading list of filters" - I assume that means the hole list is beeing
downloaded. This takes a lot of time - when you have a slow web-connection
like me.

Is it really nessesary to dl the whole filters list (which is ever growing and
growing) ???

There should be some potential for optimizsation!
regards, rilos

I'm frustrated by this as well. I used to download a lot of filters that I liked the look of, but now because it's such a trial to download a filter* I often only download filters I know for sure I'll use or want to learn something from (so, probably about one a month).

*added to the slow 'downloading list of filters' process is the filter download -- I use chrome and every time I want to download a filter I need to go through the three clicks to re-enable cookies first.

it doesnt download all filters info. if u use inbuilt filter downloader u can select multiple filters at once whose info it collects. by default it also appears when u use browser for filter downloading though only single filter is involved at an instance
