After submitting bug,
# XFW::Kernel::StdException>
Filter library -> switching -> hide/show downloaded filters


Then i got this
# XFW::OSCallError>
This occured when going back from Filter library to UI editing filter

Code
<class XFW::OSCallError> ::CreateThread(function 006BEE70) (parameter 06B1B6E0) failed with error code 0x00000008: Not enough storage is available to process this command.
