Description

Add light streaks and color bleed to your image. Also great for generating energy beam and scanline textures. TIP: For subtle photographic realism and good image blending, adjust the blur, contrast, gamma, and white/black point sliders. These drive the intensity of just the light streaks, not the background source image.
