Description

This filter was originally designed to show floods and underwater effects but has expanded into mists, snow, ice, toxic and other forms of gas and liquid.This filter will not work as intended if your base image is rectangular and the horizontal sides are shorter than the vertical sides. This is a side effect of the seamless nature of Filter Forge.
