Description
A Van Gogh like paint effect that generates radiating rays, swirls, spirals, rings, twists and chaos. The filter is an extension of the Radial Van Gogh filter. Two swirl patterns may be mixed for more complex brush patterns. External brushes (or any image file with transparency) may also be used to create more artistic patterns.
