Use low tint values. Be sure to tweak out the lighting and environment for best results. The surface height and reflection blur parameters as well as the light direction heavily influence the look of the filter.
The Details slider controls noise detail within the filter and thus has a huge effect on rendertimes. Use Details=0 for fast previews.
