This effect filter was based on Ice Age by Crapadilla. It gives the look of an ice flow that is in the process of melting and breaking apart. There are many controls for you to play with to get the exact look you want.

NOTE: High detail level settings result in longer render-times but also in more realistic surfacing effects. Use with care! .)
