Description
This filter creates pitted ice embedding effects with basic and inverse colorization. It also creates water spots, rain drops, and moisture effects on plate glass overlays by decreasing the "Size, Pixels" control. Click and scroll "Comments" in the filter library to see examples. Enjoy :)
