Description
Inspired by Sand of Time by Crapadilla.
This effect filter buries your image in snow and makes it look like it has been frozen in time, awaiting for somebody to discover it after thousand years. Brrrr!
Like Sands of Time, the height is calculated by the source's brightness. Use snow image coverage setting to adjust how much the snow should cover your image.
