Description

Inspired by "Suggest a new filter" discussion thread."Paint gracefully, relaxing your soul in the magical ancient wind." ~This filter will produce an incredible chinese watercolor painting for your image with little or no work!It extracts saturation to calculate colors and use high pass to calculate the outline. TIP: The colored part is influenced by the paper color so don't have it too dark, else you won't be able to see anything too well. Keep it light!
