Description

Neon Shift is a *fast* rendering picture altering filter. The Tone Curve controls (labelled TC) do the neon part, and simplifiying/posterizing, while the offset does the low-fi 3-D shift (Shadow 2X). At the end of the fx chain are 2 controls for the final Blend. The 9 presets will get you started, and the controls are top-to-bottom, in the order that they affect your picture. Note - This V2 update adds 2 new controls *Shadow Flip*, and *TC Mode*, and changes the *TC Invert Flip* mode internally to look a bit different/better. Also 6 new presets have been added, to show off the extended range of effects made possible by this update.
