Description

Creates a Matte for your photo.
By changing background size or colour and adding
a line, your photo looks like it is in a Matte.
Draws rectangles or ovals.

I have also included a sharpening filter so you can
sharpen your image only.

Also by running this filter more than once with different
frame selections you can get pretty neat effects.
