Description

The air is chill, the windows frosted, and one can not help but marvel as their world is slowly engulf by a network of ice crystal interconnected lattice. December Window gives you a frame to your picture that is reminiscent of staring out the window on a cold December day. The filter allows you to adjust the color of the ice, the amount of the ice and other various attributes to insure that you get the desire effect everytime.
