Description

Low-Fi Paranormal Lighting is a *very fast* picture altering filter. From neons, to low-fi looks, to faded over and under lit looks. This one does a lot, sorry, it's just tough to explain, hit random 10 times, and it'll never look the same. The controls are listed top-to-bottom in the order that they affect your picture. 20 presets are included to get you started.
